Narrow was the lane, But so broad the intent. Bought were the things too small, But long was the journey it went. Starry was the surrounding, Glamorous the walls, Sumptuous the history Eerie lifelines so said them all. Meatloaf jumping in the air, Fruits glittering the moonlight, Prayers riding from pointing buildings, Blessed the kid with a visage so bright. Clumsy households, So thin the closing doors, They broke from the surrounding world, Even ruling statues, couldn't bring them close.

ReplyDeleteIt stays with me that how the whisper of "I love you" gets so normalized for the person that it almost becomes fake cravings. I am also curious to know more about the helplessness, perhaps it's nature so it comes out more vividly.
